ITV 128 | Wellbeing in Crisis Using Your Strengths {Personal vs Professional You}

wellbeing using strengths ep 128

Your professional YOU and your home YOU are the same YOU.

This. This has taken me a lifetime to be brave enough to believe. And to say.

And it’ll take the rest of my lifetime to figure out how to really truly be fully authentically the same me at work and at home.

“Why don’t you talk to me like you talk to your work friends, mama?” That’s the line from this podcast with Kat Rippy of @energizeleadership that will have me thinking for weeks.

Bringing your best at work requires that you bring your best at home, too.

But that’s not always cut and dry.

ISOGO TV PODCAST EPISODE 128 PERSONAL VS PROFESSIONAL YOU ::

In this episode {like in Episode 127) I got to be interviewed again by Kat Rippy of Energized Leadership.

This time all about a topic that is near and dear to my heart. You can hear it in my voice — might have become a bit animated about it all — the rhythm of wellbeing between your personal and professional you.

Even IF we thought we could separate those spaces, now that much is crunched together in work/home/school togetherness, we definitely have to face it — the wellbeing of our professional and personal selves plays a huge part in our overall wellbeing.

Kat and I also get to dive further into the Third Space that Murray and I first explored in Episode 125. Plus the brilliance of Kat even came up with an amazing pie chart on the fly that we can use to truly take action in this part of our wellbeing.

So, watch+listen below or catch this EPISODE 128 on iTunes, YouTube, GooglePlay, Stitcher or Spotify.
