ITV 126 | Wellbeing in Crisis Using Your Strengths {3 Keys}

These days, as everyday uncertainty continues to persist, we are all carrying around an additional level of stress that wears on us. Can you feel it??

It’s there. It’s an extra weight and it’s challenging our feelings of wellbeing on every level.

Today, we get to jump into 3 part mini-series on Wellbeing together.

In this series, we’re going to chat about how we can practically impact and improve our sense of wellbeing using strengths.

The strengths-perspective, and specifically the CliftonStrengths StrengthsFinder language, gives you a shortcut to a greater sense of wellbeing.

Over the past several months, since the onset of the impact of COVID-19 around the world, leaders, spouses, parents, team members, coaches and friends have opened their thoughts and behaviors to me to share how they are really doing and what they are doing to cope.

The best are fighting for wellbeing in 3 key ways.

I’ll share what I’m seeing, some great stories of strengths-based wellbeing, and my own experience in what it looks like to try and fail and try again.

So, watch+listen below or catch this EPISODE 126 on iTunes, YouTube, GooglePlay, Stitcher or Spotify.

Your individual strengths really do impact the way you feel and the wellbeing you sense in your everyday life.

Over the next two episodes you’ll get to hear two interviews of me conducted by Kat Rippy who is a CEO coach, a business owner and a mom — we dive in even further into wellbeing as a leader and wellbeing as a personal who is trying to balance it all.

So I hope you check those out too.
