We’re just about all on the bus now. And we’re well on our way to eradicating frustration in our teams.
Where are we headed??
When GPS contraptions first entered mainstream, I resisted heavily. Whenever I landed somewhere new, I wanted to really learn the city. Understand the streets. Orient myself to the main landmarks. I not only wanted to follow the map, I wanted to create the map.
This week on Isogo TV | Live and Work Your Strengths Video Podcast we explore the map experts on our team. From their seat on the bus, they hold the map and are likely even vital in the creation of it. They ask the right questions (and maybe a lot of them!) and cast the ideas to be sure our direction is an effective one.
These folks are the StrengthsFinder “Thinkers.”
In the final episode of this Four Part series, Eradicate Frustration in Your Team PART 4 :: Set the Vision, I share the brilliance that emanates from the last seat on the bus. You will learn about the value these folks contribute and the environments they need to thrive.
AND, best of all, I’m introducing an AMAZING INFOGRAPHIC that brings it all together and gives you a tangible, practical tool to USE in your teams today. Start a conversation around this infographic, and your team is sure to experience dramatic change.
So, I can’t wait to wrap it all up…let’s dive in!
So, what do you think? Do you relate to this guy?
Or do you see the Thinking power in someone you work closely with? Without the Thinkers, our bus would lack the clarity of direction and the dazzle of ideas, so let’s encourage them to be more of who they already are and bring it to our teams.
TODAY, you can get your hands on this incredible INFOGRAPHIC we created for you to use with your teams.
I have already received amazing feedback about its power to create dialogue and change.
Where StrengthsFinder concepts were foggy in your team, this INFOGRAPHIC makes it clear.
So begin to Eradicate Frustration in your team. Download the Infographic today. It really does have power.
I want to help you succeed and grow. So, connect with me with any questions, excitements or skepticism you have…I’d love to connect with you over on Facebook or Twitter, both @IsogoStrong or by this handy little contact form.
