Within a matter of a few days, much of Erin Passons’ future client work slipped from her schedule like rain droplets down a car window. And within a few weeks, her natural energy for life — that has always come so easily for her — started slipping as well.

The future Erin Passons will create something awesome. Its seedlings will be sprouted from this unexpected turn in her business and life. That’s what history will show.

For now though, she’s telling a different story.

This dramatic turn in life and work, it’s nothing short of damn hard.

ISOGO TV PODCAST EPISODE 111 WITH ERIN PASSONS ::

We are taking a few episodes away from our scheduled series about the 34 CliftonStrengths to talk about Strengths in Crisis.

The goal is to help each other cope, to share tools and resources, to encourage each other to persevere, despite of and within a coronavirus-impacted world.

By fixating on strength.

We all have the tools we need to thrive, through the power and intentionality of our unique strengths.

In today’s episode — Episode 111 — In today’s episode, you are going to so appreciate the way our guest, Erin Passons, shows up to help us all by sharing her story.

Because she is so naturally successful in her work with large organizations, it is even more powerful as she opens up and shares a story of impact that goes beyond her business and into the core of who she is as a person.

She shares with us:

1 :: what it looks like to dig into strength to pull the positive from a dreadful situation
2 :: what it is like when her strengths just are not able to live in the energy they usually do, and
3 :: she helps us all see that it’s ok to just let it all out sometimes.

Soak this in.

Erin has a great story and great message to share.

One of the things Erin said that I keep coming back to is that we need to take our own advice.

It’s so much easier to SAY that I should give myself a break or be more kind to myself or not expect so much…yet when it comes to doing it, that’s where the real challenge is and it tends to break down.

A huge thank you to Erin Passons for leading the way in reframing our minds to focus on what is filling and pushing pause on the rest for a while.
