It is Q&A day here on Isogo TV, and I am answering a question I have been asked on more than one occasion.
Most recently and significantly, I was asked by a talented group of HR folks from Asia who converged on Shanghai for a 2-day intensive time of learning and training.
Being the faithful HR folks that they are, they asked me, “Is StrengthsFinder a hiring tool?” And more tangentially, knowing it MUST have some sort of role, they asked, “what is StrengthsFinder’s role in the hiring process?”
I love it when I hear these types of second order questions. They press the Strengths paradigm forward, with insights about how we really put these things to work. And they demonstrate that this life-changing perspective is really soaking into the heart of action!
